The business of the Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve Force is coming into sharper view with the release of the Canadian Army's Inflection Point 2025.  It is clear in the current international climate of peer power competition and shifting expectations in historical security alliances that Canada must live up to its security obligations or become irrelevant in a new world order.  

In a time of an unparalleled threat environment combined with scarce resources, the citizen solider, sailor and air crew will be more crucial to the security of our nation than ever before.  The Reserves will be required to leverage their dual use domestic skills similar to how defence industry is looking at maximizing dual use technologies to enable the nation to make a drastic leap forward to be able to meet the challenges that are already at the door.  Reserves2050 will continue to advocate how dedicated Canadians can be harnessed to integrate their skills into what must become a new defence posture for Canada.
